Cannot add items to cart. Please fix this issue. Thanks!

For this company to be making so much money I would expect a lot more from the app. It is slow and when you click on something nothing will happen for example I try to save an item to wishlist by clicking the heart instead it does nothing...I have to screenshot the name of the clothing and save it in my camera roll so when Im ready to get it comes in which is ridiculous. Plz fix this app! Its annoying how slow and useless it is .

Please fix the issues.

This app is really pointless. I couldnt add anything to the cart. It wont let me click on sizes to add and everytime I add something it never puts it in my cart. The only thing you can do on it is just look at the pictures

Not sure why everyone is tripping??? It works great and I get my s**t in less than a week!

The app used to work so well now I cant even track my orders cause the page is not loading

the app wont let me add items to the cart! and i cant click on sizes or images of items. i also cant search anything..

This app is so confusing and frustrating. I have been on the site all day trying to return an item and I cannot figure it out! I do not live near a forever 21 to return the item in the store. Worst experience Ive had with an app in a while. Im Embarrassed for the company.

Im a online shopper and my worst experience have been with this F21 App. You cant not select the size, see your cart, view more picture of the merchandise that you want, etc. Not good! Fix it! #horrible

Annoying I cant even put anything in the basket but is a cool thing if they can fix it

So I ordered my stuff and it came in TOTALLY different than what I ordered. The clothes are cute, but I am very upset about what I got.

This app has many features that are non-functional and/or unimpressive(severely limited in function). Lets start that if you want to look up an order under "account"- you cant. It will show your 1.) order number, 2.) the order date and 3.) the number of items.... But NOT the items themselves (wth?!). When Ive purchased a large order, I like being able to go back and review my order and build excitement for what I purchased... But alas, the app doesnt show you what you ordered. For that, you have to dig into your EMAIL. It also does not show or update mail tracking... Another feature limited to EMAIL. The "inbox" is another worthless feature in the app because I have gotten no "mail" from them besides a "lets get started" Mail at the time of download. Doesnt even send alerts about sales. Again, I get those in my EMAIL. Another feature... When I get an EMAIL about a sale (Ex: the recent flash21 sale where select items were 50% off) the app didnt reflect the sale items; they showed as FULL PRICE on the app--- it forces you to go through the WEBSITE to show you the sale items...Which defeats the purpose of an app!!! What I find is that their email system works great, their website is perhaps more up to date, but their app is like the underdeveloped runt of the bunch. And lets not get started on the limited filtering system. I wish this app could make my shopping experience easier, but since I recently had to use my *phone* (another device) to look up sale items on the *website* to get the product number, open the *app* on my iPad (second device), enter the product number in the app search, and ten add each item to my cart one by one--- I have officially given up on forever 21s app being anything but simplistic. It mirrors my real life experience shopping in their store. Its like an ADD wonderland with little efficiency. Oh, and to boot, pages dont always load properly and the app has shut down unexpectedly on me. This, plus the poor filtering options, have made my shopping experience through this app 25x more difficult than it should be. I can think of at least ten comparable merchant apps whose shopping experience is FLAWLESS.

When I ordered my stuff and checked out as a guest, they never send my tracking number or any email confirmation. So Im never going to know when package is going to come

The new update doesnt have the customers reviews, no size chart, I dont like it

I give the update 4 stars small suggestion can we create a store availability option???

Updated yesterday and now when I click in the search box the app crashes and closes.

1. Cant read reviews. 2. Cant go into the sale section. 3. Cant remove things from wishlist. The last layout was a lot more pleasing and easy to understand, the new one seems chaotic and confusing. Please go back to the old design.

Crashes every time I go to another page, & when I try to finish putting in my information for an order, an "Ok" button pops up and takes me back to the beginning of my order. Makes no sense.

It wants me to log in with my email but then it crashes every single time. So annoying.

Its faster than before. Very good.
