Confused, frustrated and overwhelmed

This app is so confusing and frustrating. I have been on the site all day trying to return an item and I cannot figure it out! I do not live near a forever 21 to return the item in the store. Worst experience Ive had with an app in a while. Im Embarrassed for the company.
