You can no longer remover items from your cart. This new layout doesnt work at all. The previous one was much better. Needs to be fixed!!

This app is amazing. I can always count on it saving my orders and when I buy my clothes the shipping always comes free!

90% of the time wont let me add anything to my bag, an error message comes up. Then the few times it actually does say things have been added and a number shows by the bag symbol in the corner, you go to it and nothing is there... Lost everything I was saving for later. Dont even bother with the app unless you just feeling like browsing the pictures, youll have better luck actually purchasing something on the computer or driving all the way to the store.

I love the little wishlist heart that came with the update. That makes saving things a lot easier! Unfortunately along with this update they took away the Categories option that the old version. This definitely makes finding things very difficult & time-consuming. I also agree with the other review that said that we should be able to pick a specific page. Adding that would make shopping on the app much more pleasant and less of a chore. Update: Thank you for putting back the categories option that is very helpful. I dont mind the cosmetic changes. But now I cant use my Forever 21 credit card when I check out. It asks for an expiration date & CVC# when my credit card has neither of those so as of right now I am not able to make purchases. Please fix this soon!!!!!!!

I cant look at whats in my cart, favorite anything or put things in my cart....

Wont let me add anything to my bag....

The layout and design is nice, but... 1. Cant add items to cart 2. Cant delete items from wishlist 3. Cant view most items 4. App forces me off 5. Cart says I have items but when I click my cart it says I have none Its actually worst than the earlier version. At least I could actually buy stuff. The website is even worst and the stores are always horribly unorganized and completely understaffed. Guess I wont be buying anything from Forever 21

I cant view or add things things to my bag

Cant look in my bag! Crashes every time I try and nothing ever pops up... Meanwhile the number sits outside my bag mocking me...

I cant put anything in my cart or see the thing I that was is my cart before.

ever since the update I tried to make an order but when I clicked place order I get a pop up that says my credit card failed. I thought I had a problem with my card so I called my bank and they said everything was fine I even bought something from a different app and it worked so it definitely wasnt my card. I went to forever 21 on my laptop and made my order there and it worked so there is something wrong with the app if I wanna make orders I dont wanna pop that says my credit card failed when I know it didnt please fix!

*11/04/2016 update* This update, although certainly pleasing to the eye is still irritatingly unfinished. I will not update my review in more detail until Forever 21s app design team is able to add a "Sale" category, and gets their filter and sort product system cleared up. Honestly, do customers really need to ask for something as simple as a "sales" tab? I can clearly see the team knows how to add a multitude of other categories but still has not learned how to properly program a sales section, or even correctly program a product filter. Can you imagine looking through 40+ pages of unfiltered sales items? Why would I need to see little boys uniform clothing when Im shopping for myself? (I am not a little boy). You can see how frustrating this would be. I imagine a great deal of Forever 21 customers are girls who are looking to get a good deal. Thats why we chose to shop at the store. Finishing the sorting and filtering, and adding the sales tab would only make it easier for shoppers to shop and buy, and turn a profit for the company. 1st Review Super glitchy, pages wont load or long loading times (no, my wifi/connection is perfectly fine), pictures wont load, "item is not available" when the item is in fact available; terrible app navigation altogether. Also, only 40 items are allowed to be on your wishlist? What? I have a birthday coming up and I am expecting everything to be bought, there needs to be more space allowed for things on the wishlist. Forever 21 I urge you to reconsider the entire app design of the app.

it is bad now it used to work better but now it wont even let me add things to my bag or save for later, there shouldnt be a limit

Still cant skip to a certain page. And theres like 75 pages sometimes, so its difficult to go to a certain page. Really slow and pages take way too long to load. There are too many bugs to shop easily.

images never show up half the time and thats not because of poor internet.

Why is it so slow to just open and view something....omg so much crashes and most of the items you want to view dont even shot when you click on it! So frustrating!

I love this app and the Clothes but I wish when u shop on it it could tell u were forever 21 store your buying from

Ive never been compelled enough to write a review before but this app is SO AWFUL I had to. When it does work it is SO SLOW youre better off opening up the site on your browser on your phone. Its glitchy it crashes and Ive had this app for months and its not gotten any better.

Seriously, who is managing this app? A child? It ALWAYS has issues. I cant view New Products. It just wont load. I hardly ever use this app anymore because its terrible. PLEASE FIX!!!
