The app will not let me access any part of the store. Every time I try to click on something, it exits out of the app and is very annoying. Frustrating.

This app is TERRIBLE. Some of the pages never load and its reallllllly slow sometimes. And theres a couple tabs on the right that arent even programmed right so its just basic html script instead of something I can actually use. Also its so glitchy that when you go to check out sometimes it freezes and the app shuts down so you lose everything in your cart and you have to start over and look through the entire store again to find what you had. On top of everything else theres no back button so if you want to go back to the previous search you have to start over yet again.

Okay so when I first downloaded it, the app worked fine! I even ordered a bunch of clothes. But after my first order, the app kind of went downhill. It glitches all the time, for example, if you click on one of the sale buttons, it says that there are no items! Ugh this app would be soooo much better if it wouldnt glitch, please fix!

I love this app. It makes shopping so much easier!

The menu selections should be broken down further by categories. If Im looking for a top , Im not trying to go through 78 pages of which camies are going to be listed. The app doesnt make it simpler or faster to shop on the go. Lol. Work on it pls ! Oh and I cant select specific colors sometimes because it doesnt load right. Image overlapping.

I love this app so much but the new update they recently added is the worst thing that could happen to this app

Im not sure if its update or a bug but the website online (computer and safari) and On the app looks different. its happened before and you cant add stud to your bag,save stuff for later or even click on the outfit to look into details.Its more like a script. Please fix it.

I keep trying to make an account but every time I put in my birthday it denies me, no matter what age I put in so..

When I first downloaded the app it worked perfectly but with this new update so many problems have come up. It wont let you heart items or add to your wish list, and there are advertisements for clothes that when you click it is apparently "no longer in stock". Its pretty misleading. Its really glitchy and Forever 21 needs to fix this. I, along with a lot of other customers are frustrated.

This app is really great, I understand for some people it freezes and the pages dont load but for me it worked fine! Ordering on this app is so easy as well, the sizes are perfect, everything I bought fit just how I wanted it to. It shipped insanely fast too! All the clothes look just like the photo, everything about this app is wonderful. Im extremely satisfied and always have been with Forever 21, app or store.

The store in general is so addictive, so add something so addictive to ones phone (which is also addictive), one is on the app for along time (haha me

This f21 app looked so promising, but was such a letdown. Theres a lot of wasted time during shopping while waiting on the pauses and lags that it has. If you make one faulty click, youll lose the page number you were on. So there definitely needs to be an option where youre able to jump to a certain page number rather than skipping through the multiple pages youve already seen. Oh and when I was ready to checkout, it asked do I have an account or would I rather log in as a guest... but once I logged in to my account my shopping bag completely disappeared!!! If I had known that was going to happen, I wouldve just checked out as a guest! Waste of my time!

Im just trying to shop. Every time I add an item to my cart and then hit the back arrow to return to the spot where i left off, the page goes blank and I lose my spot. Im not going to reload the "dresses" category, and then skip 13 pages to get back to where I left off, every single time I add an item to my cart. It isnt worth it. I would rather shop elsewhere. Also, the favorites option doesnt work half the time. It doesnt save some of the items I favorite. Also, its very difficult to search for items. I have to look through hundreds of items just to find one specific type of thing. Like I said before, its just not worth it.

I love FOREVER 21. The app is awesome and much easier to access than on the actual website!! However, one dislike is they need to add more of the items when it goes out of stock! Other than that, you good to go! :)

I love forever 21 however when I visit the actual stores theyre always so large and so stocked that I find myself overwhelmed and unable to find one specific thing that Im looking for. With the app I can find exactly what I want by searching in key words such as "floral" or "kimono" and get exactly what I want. Ill even be able to run into some things that I wasnt expecting but I adore! The downside is that the app can be a little confusing at times. If you want to add some stuff to your wish list theres a little heart button on the bottom righthand corner that you can press and TADA! However, thats only if you find something manually through the categories. If you actually search something specific for some reason you cant add the item to your wish list and the little heart isnt there. Hope they fix that soon so that I dont just have to keep adding stuff to my bag that I cant get at the moment. Overall its a good app! So many nice things that I probably wouldnt be able to spot if I just walk into the store! Plus I enjoy the reviews from other people. The app is worth it!

Still cant skip to a certain page. And theres like 75 pages sometimes, so its difficult to go to a certain page. Really slow and pages take way too long to load.

forever 21 is a pretty good store but holy gee their app is so bad. Nothing loads properly.
