When you look at lingerie or bra and pantie sets on the app, it doesnt offer you the pantie or bra that the model is wearing. You kinda have to go hunting for it on your own. Also, after 40 items on your wish list, you cant add any more which is very unfortunate if you want to save items for when you have more money later on. The save for later feature is kind of a hassle to find and add items on as well. Works fine so far but its not the best ;(

App is fixed for a few weeks then it goes to crap, but it seems more down then it running

Really Forever 21? This app has sucked since day one and gets worse with each update. Very frustrating.

Terrible slow app. Better off buying online through a browser.

Anytime I try to look at any clothes, its just a white screen! What am I doing wrong??

The app is okay. But Id way rather just shop the online store when I cant make it to the mall.

Possibly one of the worst apps, and just as bad and broken as their website. Tried buying something and my transaction kept freezing. A lot of the features on the app are broken. F21 is defined losing money from not fixing these issues.

The app works perfectly fine for me, its really easy to navigate and its a lot easier than having to go to safari every time and doing it from there.

It constantly logs me out and doesnt let me log back in. Also, sometimes when I click on a product it doesnt load.

Please fix the app!!

It so works for me and I just love it because its so cheap and affordable even though Im 12 I love shopping here because I can fit the clothes

I try adding things to my wish list to later purchase but it keeps removing what I add! >:(

im so disappointed with forever 21. i love the store, a d will definitely shop there, but i find that when i save something to a wishlist, it deletes itself a few days later. the old app before the update never did this. FIX IT FOREVER 21!! plus, when you search something, you cannot add it to your wishlist. that makes me very angry. fix this app asap please.

Love forever 21, but sadly we dont have one near us. Always crashes, or messes up. You click an item, it takes you to another. You go to favorite something and theres a problem. You go back and it takes you home. You pick black, they send you blue. Etc. Very frustrating to use.

The app is good in theory, but I have constant problems where it freezes. Also, it boots me off to the main page when I try to add something to my wishlist. As for the wishlist, most of the time I cant even access it anyway. Please fix, because I really like this store!

The app itself is incredibly slow! And crashes a lot. No update has been able to fix this issue!!

Save For Later never works, have to load pages multiple times to view something, cant save to Wishlist while viewing item. Not worth. Just buy and view through a browser for a smoother shopping experience.

This app is pretty good. I like the layout and everything is pretty easy to find. But its super glitchy. Sometimes when you click on stuff it says theres nothing there. Also Ive been wanting this for a while now, in-store availability, to be able to check and make sure what I want is at my local store makes my life so much easier. If I find something cute on here that I like and go to the store to buy it its never there. The only way to know is to call all the stores and ask if they have it in stock.

The app charged me twice claiming that my address was incorrect. Now I have to wait till they open to have the second charge refunded and the crap shipped to me bc it still hasnt been ordered. No confirmation or anything.

i like this app. i can make all my orders on here and can access the clothes i want to find easily. plus i like the new layout. i do wish i could open my inbox with no problem, i still cant read whatever messages i have in there. but other than that this app is pretty easy to use and definitely #1 on my list. but thats just because i love forever lol
