I wish the functions were slightly efficient

This app has many features that are non-functional and/or unimpressive(severely limited in function). Lets start that if you want to look up an order under "account"- you cant. It will show your 1.) order number, 2.) the order date and 3.) the number of items.... But NOT the items themselves (wth?!). When Ive purchased a large order, I like being able to go back and review my order and build excitement for what I purchased... But alas, the app doesnt show you what you ordered. For that, you have to dig into your EMAIL. It also does not show or update mail tracking... Another feature limited to EMAIL.

The "inbox" is another worthless feature in the app because I have gotten no "mail" from them besides a "lets get started" Mail at the time of download. Doesnt even send alerts about sales. Again, I get those in my EMAIL.

Another feature... When I get an EMAIL about a sale (Ex: the recent flash21 sale where select items were 50% off) the app didnt reflect the sale items; they showed as FULL PRICE on the app--- it forces you to go through the WEBSITE to show you the sale items...Which defeats the purpose of an app!!! What I find is that their email system works great, their website is perhaps more up to date, but their app is like the underdeveloped runt of the bunch.

And lets not get started on the limited filtering system. I wish this app could make my shopping experience easier, but since I recently had to use my *phone* (another device) to look up sale items on the *website* to get the product number, open the *app* on my iPad (second device), enter the product number in the app search, and ten add each item to my cart one by one--- I have officially given up on forever 21s app being anything but simplistic. It mirrors my real life experience shopping in their store. Its like an ADD wonderland with little efficiency.

Oh, and to boot, pages dont always load properly and the app has shut down unexpectedly on me. This, plus the poor filtering options, have made my shopping experience through this app 25x more difficult than it should be. I can think of at least ten comparable merchant apps whose shopping experience is FLAWLESS.
